You may cancel your order by calling us at (0030) 210-4134242 or by contacting us via e-mail at info@dibs,gr. Under any circumstances, an order can be cancelled within 24 hours since the order was placed.

Depending on the state of the order we will contact you as soon as possible to give you all the options.

Returns

Terms for returning an item:

• You may change or return an item within 14 days since the date it was purchased.
• You must contact us and inform us of your intent of changing or returning a product you do not wish to keep.
• The product must be in a good condition, it mustn’t have been used or damaged in any way and its packaging must be closed.
• Also, please note that the item must come with all the paperwork of its purchase. Please, keep the receipt.
